Jammu, July 17, (Scoop News)-BJP State President Ravinder Raina (MLA) nominated Jamyang Tsering Namgyal (Councillor LAHDC) as New District President Leh.
Jamyang who was elected Councilor, Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) from Martselang constituency in September 2015.
Earlier, he served BJYM State Spokesperson.
