District Jammu West observes “Ek Deep Shaheedon Ke Naam”



Jammu, November 08 (Scoop News)-Bharatiya Janata Party, District Jammu West also observed the occasion of "Ek Deep Shaheedon Ke Naam" to pay homage to the Martyrs at Pt. Prem Nath Dogra Bhawan, Kachi Chawni.
Former Cabinet Minister Sat Sharma (MLA) along with District President Ayodhya Gupta, State Secretary Praduman Singh, State Media Incharge & state Press Secretary Dr. Pardeep Mahotra, District General Secretary (Org.) Mohan Singh Rana addressed and greeted the BJP leaders and common masses, while lighting the lamp in the memory of martyrs.
Sat Sharma, while addressing the BJP leaders, greeted everyone on the auspicious occasion of Deepawali and said that Deepawali prompts us to make positive changes from our inside by defeating integral negative forces. He said on this day we have a dire need to make promise with ourselves that we will never be a mute spectator to any subversive act in any situation. He asked everybody to pledge to be vigilant always to beat the nefarious designs of terrorists and their sympathizers, while lighting the sacred lamp.
Ayodhya Gupta, while greeting the BJP leaders and general masses prompted everyone to light on Earthen Lamp at their homes in the memory of brave soldiers who have sacrificed their lives in the love of mother Earth. He also asked them to pray for those soldiers who are facing the countless difficulties today away from their homes at the border posts to secure our families.
Later, all the BJP leaders present on the occasion lightened Earthen lamps and remembered and prayed for the brave army jawans who sacrificed their lives for “Bharat Mata”.
Jeet Angral, Balwan Singh, Munish Khajuria, Puneet Mahajan, Sanjeev Sharma, Jyoti Sharma, Dr. Akshay Sharma, Dr. Dineshwar Sharma, Kuldeep Mahajan, Veena Gupta, Raveesh Mengi, Ravi Kumar, Vansh Mahajan and others were among the prominent BJP leaders present on the occasion.
