Panthers celebrate 37th Foundation Day
Tributes paid to martyrs Bhagat Singh, Rajguru & Sukhdev Singh
Jammu, Srinagar, March 23 (Scoop News)- Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) celebrated its 37th Foundation Day with gaiety and enthusiasm at Party Hqrs. Gandhi Nagar, Jammu under patronage of Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief & Founder of the party. Flowery tributes were paid to national heroes & martyrs S. Bhagat Singh, Rajguru & Sukhdev Singh, who laid down their youthful lives in the freedom movement.
Speaking on the occasion Prof. Bhim Singh remembered all founder members of the party who are no more in this world but till their last breath worked & fought for rights & justice of common neglected masses of Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh under leadership of Prof. Bhim Singh. Prominent among those who were paid respects and remembered for their role included Sardar Mushtaq Ahmed Khan (State President–JKNPP), Thakur Dass Chanoter (Udhampur District President–JKNPP), Ms. Sudershan Sambyal (Fire-brand Mahila leader from Samba), Karan Dev Singh Jamwal (Sr. State leader–JKNPP) & Yogi Thakur (Photo Journalist), Kamal Gouria (Chairman-Jammu Migrants Talwara), Bishan Saini (Bishnah), Thoru Ram Sharma (Domana), S. Inderpal Singh (Akhnoor), Mool Raj (Vice President–JKNPP), Chunna (Samba) Student leader, S. Bupinder Singh, Tara Singh, Krishan Singh (Driver), Durga Dass Abrol, Raj Kumar Seghal (Journalists) & S. Rajinder Singh Charkha ( PTI Chief).
Panthers Supremo asserted that our leaders are highly educated, fearless & always ready to help people in need irrespective of their region or religion. He said that our party through protests, rallies & hunger strikes continued their struggle for Kisans, Traders, Employees & Students.
It was resolved in the session that Panthers Party will fight the incoming Parliamentary elections from all constituencies of the state with full vigor, enthusiasm & collective efforts to maintain mutual brotherhood & communal harmony throughout the length & breadth of J&K under guidance of Prof. Bhim Singh.
Addressing the session Harsh Dev Singh (Chairman of J&K National Panthers Party) appealed the workers to communicate achievements of four decades struggle of Prof. Bhim Singh & other party leaders including Legislators & Ministers which gave new direction to the state politics for keeping the people together in all graves situations created by misrule of ruling clique but fight for extending Indian Constitution, all Fundamental Rights & Indian Flag.
He said that Panthers Party continued its fight for justice while in opposition from road, Legislature to Supreme Court, absolute stay to Resettlement Bill in Supreme Court, passed by National Conference & Congress. He added that MPs of Panthers Party if get elected shall not be mute spectators in the Parliament like NC, Congress & BJP.
Mr. Balwant Singh Mankotia (State President of J&K National Panthers Party) reiterated that Panthers will continue their relentless efforts for total integration with Union of India & implementation of Indian Constitution in J&K.
