Leh, April 15 (Scoop News)-The Returning Officer, 4-Ladakh Parliamentary Constituency, Avny Lavasa said that Indian National Congress (INC) candidate Rigzin Spalbar has filed his nomination papers in her office today for the upcoming elections for Ladakh Parliamentary seat.
It is pertinent to mention that deadline for filing of nomination papers for Ladakh Parliamentary constituency is up to 3:00 PM on 18th April, 2019.
