BJP and Ikk Jutt- Jammu chiefs on hit list of HM
won’t be cowed down by threat of cowards, police suggests beef up security cover




Jammu, June 9, (Scoop News).Pro Pakistan Hizbul Mujahdeen (HM) militant group has put state chief of Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP), Ravinder Raina and Ikk Jutt- Jammu leader, Advocate Ankur Sharma, on its hit list for their nationalist appeal.

“An intelligence input points that HM is planning to target Ravinder Raina and Ankur Sharma,” suggests an internal communication of state intelligence agency. The report further indicated that the outfit has carried out a recce of both the individuals at their respective offices and residences and have formed a special squads to eliminate them.

Speaking to media persons Raina said that every BJP worker is a soldier of the party and not worried about threats of the militants and ready to attain martyrdom for the country. “These cowards cannot dissuade us from discharging our nationalistic duties. We cannot forget the martyrdom of Shyama Prasad Mukerjee herein the state,” he asserted.

Raina said Narindra Modi government was committed to wipe out militancy from entire state and the target will be accomplished shortly. He said he came to know about it through media. Police officials have also contacted him and advised him to enhance his security cover, BJP chief added.

Informed sources, requesting not to be named, said that militants had conducted recce of his residence at Lamberi near Nowshera in Rajouri district. The militants have been assigned by a Pakistani militant to kill Raina for anti Pakistan and anti ISI rants, the sources added.

Ankur Sharma came to limelight during Rassana case and as a whistle blower of in Roshni Act scandal and also questioned the minutes of the meeting of Tribal Affairs Department that caused a major stir during previous coalition government led by PDP and BJP.

He said that no information about it and won’t be cowed down by these threats. ...
