| Avny Lavasa disburses compensation to NoK of Khardungla avalanche victims | |
LEH, July 09 (Scoop News)- Deputy Commissioner Leh Avny Lavasa today disbursed cheques amounting to Rs 81.00 lakh among next of kin of those who died in a snow avalanche at Khardungla pass in December 2018.
The compensation money was paid to the ten dependants through Labour Welfare Department under Employees Compensation Act 1923.
Assistant Labour Commissioner, Ghulam Nabi Tak was present on the occasion.
