Pakistan army’s SSG and ISI entices Taliban, imparts training to about 20 insurgents to carry out IED attacks in Kashmir



Srinagar, May 31, (Scoop News)-Notwithstanding the spokesperson of Taliban who had distanced himself from Kashmir imbroglio some time back by stating that it (Kashmir) is an internal issue of India, the Pakistan army’s Special Services Group (SSG) has, however, been cajoling battle hardened fighters to carryout attacks in Kashmir, informed sources said.

According to sources, a group of 20 Taliban militants are being prepared for missions in Kashmir by SSG and main push is preparing a squad of suicide bombers of Taliban to whom they were reportedly imparting training at present for terror strikes in Kashmir.

Pakistan’s Inter State Intelligence (ISI) is also in the loop for enabling these Taliban fighters to cross over without the active support from its state actors, the sources said. Both army and ISI have been courting the Taliban and launch them into the Valley.

Known for providing shelter to Taliban, Pakistan army also offers logistical support to banned terrorist outfits like Al Qaida with the active support of ist army and ISI.

Based on a specific intelligence input, the sources said that a group of terrorists are likely to carry out couple of IED attacks in Kashmir. Again a similar input suggests that another group of terrorists is planning to carry out vehicle based IED blasts on 185 km long Uri- Qazigund national highway....
