District Capex Budget will bring a revolutionary change in J&K: Sat

Jammu,June 17 (Scoop News)- Hailing the historic decision of approval of more than Rs 12600 crores for District Capex Budget by LG Manoj Sinha for equitable development of J&K with active involvement of DDC’s, BDC’s and Panchayats, Former State President BJP and Ex Minister Sat Sharma (CA)termed the decision of LG as a great decision and said that this will ensure the implementation of 3 tier system in the Panchayati Raj system of Jammu and Kashmir .
In a press statement issued, Sat Sharma said that it is indeed a very major step taken by the LG and by focusing on key aspects including improvement in the standard of living of people, employment opportunities to locals, better roads, potable water and electricity, tourism potential, empowering youth and determining other priorities as per the public demand. He said for sustainable and inclusive growth of all the 20 Districts in Jammu and Kashmir, this step was the need of the hour for which he thanked PM Narendra Modi and LG Manoj Sinha for looking into the aspirations of the public. He stated that Jammu and Kashmir is witnessing a new era of development in which for the very first time in the history, the three tier system of the Panchayats were implemented with the efforts of our PM and now the Centre is also looking into the demands and expectations of the public so that equitable development can be done in all the Districts of Jammu and Kashmir.
Sharma stated that focus on encouraging youth and exploring various opportunities for them will also turn out to be a positive thing which was the need of the hour. Sharma also expected that the changes will be visible on ground with a mission to reach every needy person and important things like health care system, Education, livelihood generation, solid waste management and other things will also be looked at on priority.
