| Ladakh Taekwondo Association Felicitated 10 Sponsors & Supporters | | Acting CEC LAHDC Kargil Appreciated the Role of Civil Society |
Kargil,May 20 (Scoop News)-Acting CEC LAHDC Kargil Aga Syed Abass Razvi Felicitated 10 Sponsors and 2 Supporters to the 1st Ladakh UT Taekwondo Championship 2021 by Ladakh Taekwondo Association at TFC Kargil.
The Sponsors include, New TV Today, Hotel The Kargil, Ladakh Adventure Sports, Hotel Zero Miles, Won Buddhism, Dr Nawaz Dental Clinic and Implant Centre Kargil, Munshi Habibullah Mission School Kargil, All Kargil Tour and Travel Association & Phanu Budh Antique Himachal and Chief Education Officer Kargil and Ashraf Ali Sgagar.
On this occasion President Ladakh Taekwondo Association Gulzar Hussain Munshi, General Secretary Anayat Ali, Cashier Mohammad Ali Baghi and other Executive Members and General Secretary Kargil taekwondo association Nissar Hussain Balkhani were also present.
Aga Syed Abass Razvi appreciated the efforts of the sponsors for making the event a success and said that civil society has a great role in the development of sports and sportsperson in Kargil Ladakh.
Syed Abass Razvi assured that LAHDC Kargil will always be there to help and support the association but at the same time support from the civil society is instrumental.
Gulzar Hussain Munshi President Ladakh Taekwondo Association said that the motive of organizing the event was to encourage more members from the civil society to come forward in the making of stars like Tashi Tundup, Shahnaz Parveen etc as without their support it was not possible.
He further said that the 1st State Championship was the first experience after Ladakh became UT and without the support of the sponsors it was not possible to make the event a grand success as more than 200 players from all over Ladakh participated.
Gulzar Hussain Munshi thanking the Sponsors said that it was their money which was used to groom the students at such a great level and we are earning results at National and international level.
He urged upon the LAHDC Kargil and District administration to support the association with proper Matting and equipment so that better results can be achieved.
