| Mir ,Bhalla visit Tunnel tragedy site, seek judicial probe | | adequate compensation to victim's families |
Ramban, May 22 (Scoop News)-Jammu and kashmir Pradesh Congress President Shri G A Mir alongwith Working President Shri Rămân Bhalla today visited the site of tunnel tragedy at Khoni Nallah Ramban în Where 10 labourers have lost life due to collapse of tunnel.
Expressing great shock over loss of precious lives, the Leaders expressed solidarity with the fellow labourers and demanded high level probe into the causes behind the tragedy.
Shri Mir and Shri Bhalla demanded judicial probe into the alleged lack of adequate expertise with the executing agency including the sub letting of the work. They demanded ex gratia relief of 50 lakh per family of the deceased labourer besides legal compensation .
They were accompanied by Jk Congress Seva Dal Chief Rajesh Sharma and Jatin Vasisht.
