Disseminate information of JUDA schemes at grass roots level: Yudhvir asks party cadre

Jammu, May 22 (Scoop News)-J&K BJP Vice President, Yudhvir Sethi today urged youth of Jammu and Kashmir to come forward to avail the benefits of multiple youth centric schemes launched by the PM Modi led government for their welfare and become job providers instead of job seekers.
He stated this while addressing a programme organized at the Party Headquarters here today in which large number party workers were also present. It is pertinent to mention here that the programme was conducted with a view to make party cadre aware about the schemes launched by government for the welfare of youth.
The main attraction of today’s programme was an awareness lecture by Rajni Devi, Community Organizer, Field Officer, Jammu Urban Development Agency (JUDA). In her lecture she threw light on the schemes initiated by the government for the welfare of youth of Jammu and Kashmir. She informed that at present the Jammu Urban Development Agency is providing financial assistance of Rs. 2 lakh to the young entrepreneurs for setting up gainful self-employment ventures. The peculiar feature of this scheme is that shopkeepers who are already running their shops are also eligible under this scheme, she added.
Yudhvir Sethi, while speaking on the occasion, expressed gratitude to Rajni Devi for imparting such useful awareness about this wonderful scheme. He asserted that such meticulously tailored schemes are the need of the hour and the Govt has been taking due care of the youth. He said that Modi Govt fully realizes that youth is the back bone of the nation and the most important component of the society that has a special role in the overall development of Jammu and Kashmir.
Yudhvir directed the party cadre to disseminate information about this scheme at grass roots level so that the youth of Jammu and Kashmir can avail the benefit of this scheme and become job providers instead of job seekers. He also appealed to the youth to come forward to avail the benefits of not only this scheme but other schemes too.
Among others who were present include Anju Dogra, Rajinder Sikka, Praveen Kerni, Savita Anand, Vipan Sharma, Indu Bala Gupta, Arun Sethi, Sudhir Anand, Saroj Gupta, Anuradha Sharma, Ranju Sharma, Neeru Anand, Harvinder Singh and Sandeep Dogra.
