Director (Projects) NHPC Visited Kishtwar

Jammu, May 22 (Scoop News)-Shri Bishwajit Basu Director (Projects) visited NHPC Kishtwar and reviewed the hydroelectric projects of NHPC and CVPPPL
proposed and located in the district. In this sequence on the second day of the visit, on Saturday Sh Basu flagged off the Swachhata rally during Swachhata Pakhwada and administered the Anti-Terrorism Pledge to all the officers and employees onthe occasion of Anti-Terrorism Day.


In this sequence, in the evening, Sh Bishwajit Basu, Director (Projects) has also attended the meeting held with trade union (JoinAction Committee) members of the power station in a cordial atmosphere, in which various issues were discussed. Further a
meeting was also organized at Chenab Bhawan, in which Shri M.K. Singh Group General Manager (In-Charge) Dulhasti Power Station, briefed about the Dam, Power House and other administrative works of Dulhasti Power Station. After that Shri Basu addressed the officers and employees of Dulhasti Power Station and CVPPPL and in his address, he called upon everyone to work hard and diligently to take the Corporation to new heights of success. Apart from this, Shri Basu also visited the power station ofDulhasti Power Station.
Earlier, Shri Bishwajit Basu, Director (Projects) visited Dulhasti-II Hydroelectric Project and reviewed the progress of works related to the ongoing project.
Before departing from Dulhasti Power Station, on 22.05.2022, Shri Basu had a courtesy meeting with Sh Ashok Kumar Sharma Deputy Commissioner of Kishtwar at Chenab Bhawan during which various issues related to the projects were discussed.
On this occasion, Sh Rajat Gupta, Managing Director, Chenab Valley Power Projects Pvt. Ltd. (CVPPPL), Shri Deepak Sehgal, CEO, Ratle Project, Shri Ashok Kumar Nauriyal, Executive Director (PMSG), Corporate Headquarters, Shri M K Singh, Group
General Manager (In-Charge) Dulhasti Power Station and other officers of Dulhasti Power Station were remain present.
