KARGIL, April 02 (Scoop News)-A two-day training programme on Holistic Progress Card (HPC) concluded successfully today at Block Resource Centre (BRC) Chiktan.
The training programme was organised with the objective of strengthening the capacity of teachers in adopting holistic and competency-based assessment practices in schools.
