Kargil,February 18 (Scoop News)- The fifth and concluding day of the five-day Workshop-cum-Training Programme on “Product Certification and Capacity Building for Women SHG Members” under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Programme concluded successfully today with active participation from MSME entrepreneurs and Women Self Help Group (SHG) members engaged in the food processing sector.
The programme was organized by the Industries & Commerce Department, UT Ladakh, in collaboration with the Food Safety Department, Kargil, at the Conference Hall of the District Industries Centre (DIC), Kargil.

Leh,February 18 (Scoop News)-ADDC Leh, Sonam Nurboo, JKAS, chaired a preparatory meeting on 18.02.2026 in the VC Room, DC Office Leh, to review arrangements for the forthcoming Apricot Blossom Festival 2026.
During the meeting, the SDMs of Khaltse and Nubra were directed to identify and submit suitable venues within their respective sub-divisions to the AD Tourism, Leh, within two days. Emphasis was placed on selecting accessible, culturally vibrant, and logistically feasible locations to enhance the overall visitor experience while preserving the local ethos.
