| Secretray HUDD Ladakh Leads Swachhata Campaign at Karzoo Pond | | |
Leh, September 17 (Scoop News)-The Secretary HUDD, Ladakh, Sanjit Rodrigues, launched a Swachhata Campaign at Karzoo Pond (Zing) as part of Swachhata Hi Seva 2025, which will be observed from September 17 to October 2, 2025.
On the occasion, the Secretary administered the Swachhata Pledge and urged people to maintain cleanliness in their surroundings and contribute actively to the campaign.
Executive Officer, Municipal Committee (MC) Leh, Stanzin Rabgias, briefed the gathering on the objectives of the campaign and highlighted the importance of cleanliness for health, environment, and community well-being.

Kargil, September 17 (Scoop News)-The District Panchayat Office, Kargil, Rural Development Department (RDD) launched the Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS) 2025 campaign today in collaboration with the Government Degree College (GDC) Kargil, Department of Environmental Science. The campaign, scheduled from 17th September to 2nd October 2025, is part of the nationwide movement to promote cleanliness, sanitation, and people’s participation.

Kargil, September 17 (Scoop News)-Executive Councilor for RDD/PRI and Zanskar Development Authority, LAHDC Kargil, Er. Punchok Tashi today convened meeting of Lambardars of Zanskar. The meeting was attended by SDM Zanskar Omkar IAS, Tourist Officer Zanskar Rasool Lal and Culture coordinator Tsewang Regzin.

Kargil, September 15 (SN)- In a significant landmark decision, the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Kargil, today unanimously passed the New Teacher Transfer Policy along with the Admission Policy for Kargil Boys’ and Girls’ Hostels in Jammu and Srinagar.
