| 50 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh; 131 patients cured and discharged | |
Leh, June 07 (Scoop News)-As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, a total of 50 new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. Out of the total positive reports, 38 reports were reported in Leh and 12 in Kargil. While, a total of 1655 sample reports in UT Ladakh; Leh: 1199 and Kargil: 456 were found negative yesterday.
No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 131 patients yesterday. Out of which 120 patients were discharged in Leh and 11 in Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has come down to 1089; 904 in Leh and 185 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 682 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 116 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse check post yesterday and 270 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Upshi check post.
