| SSP Budgam chairs review meeting; Law & Order, Eid & Muharram preparations reviewed | |
Srinagar, July 17 (Scoop News)-SSP Budgam Shri Tahir Saleem-JKPS today chaired the security review meeting regarding law & order, Eid & Muharram preparations and other crime works. The meeting was held while following social distancing norms and other Covid protocols.
SSP Budgam today chaired the security review meeting with Addl. SP, SDPOs/ SHOs/Incharge PPs of district Budgam and discussed different security measures for ensuring peace and stability in the district especially during Eid & Muharram days. He also urged upon the officers to conclude the investigation of criminal cases on merits within stipulated period.
SSP Budgam appreciated the efforts of police and other security forces for maintaining peace and stability in the district and emphasised upon them to maintain synergy and better coordination with other security agencies at ground level to maintain the peaceful environment and security in the district.
He directed the officers to strengthen the security grid in their respective areas and plug the gaps in order to avoid untoward incidents in the district & take all preventive & precautionary measures with respect to security of vulnerable persons.
