| 2 positive cases reported in UT Ladakh | | 12 patients cured and discharged | Leh,(Ladakh), October 18(Scoop News)=As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, two new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. While a total of 594 sample reports in UT Ladakh - Leh:345 and Kargil: 249 were found negative.
No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged twelve patients yesterday and all were discharged by CMO Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 36; 35 in Leh and 1 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 1108 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 345 and 124 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse and Upshi check posts.
