Elections must to end public suffering: Vijay Bakaya
AP felicitates Vipul Bali, social activist Archana Kaul joins Party


Jammu, October 18 (Scoop News)- Apni Party General Secretary Vijay Bakaya said that the elections should be held without further delay in J&K to end the feeling of alienation and suffering of people.
The statement was issued by the leaders in a programme organised to felicitate the newly appointed Provincial President Youth Wing Jammu Vipul Bali.
Meanwhile, a prominent social activist Archana Kaul from Janipur who works with several NGOs also joined Apni Party on the occasion in presence of the senior leaders.
On this occasion, senior party leaders including General Secretary Vijay Bakaya, Provincial President Jammu, Manjit Singh, Provincial President Women Wing Namrta Sharma, Ex-MLA Faqir Nath, Ex-MLA Prem Lal, Provincial Secretary Dr Rohit Gupta, SC State Coordinator Bodh Raj Bhagat, OBC State Coordinator Madan Lal Chalotra, State Vice President Youth Wing Raqeeq Ahmed Khan, State General Secretary Youth Wing, Abhay Bakaya, Trade Union Provincial President Jammu Raj Kumar, ST Wing Provincial President Jammu, Choudhary Shabir Kohli, Provincial Coordinator Jammu Province Minority Cell, Vajinder Singh Dutta, Provincial Coordinator OBC, Sohan Singh Soni, District President, Jammu, Rural-A, Pushp Dev Kumar Uppal, District Vice President Urban, Vaibhav Mattoo, District Secretary Ashraf Choudhary, District Organizer Secretary, Deepak Bradu, District Secretary Abhishek Goswami, Senior Vice President Minority Cell, Janmeet Bali, District President Trade Union Jammu, Anirudh Vashist, District General Secretary, Dalbir Singh, District Secretary, Ashraf Choudhary, District Secretary Trade Union, Farooq Chauhan, Provincial Vice President Joginder Singh, Secretary Youth Wing, Suhail Khajuria, Joint Secretary Provincial Youth Wing, Jatinder Singh, District Jammu President Youth Wing Shubam Choudhary, Sandeep Vaid, Partap Singh Jamwal, Ankush Dogra, members of women wing and others were also present.
Welcoming the appointment of Vipul Bali as Provincial President Youth Wing Jammu, Apni Party General Secretary, Vijay Bakaya hoped that the youth wing will work with dedication for the redressal of issues being confronted by the youth.
Bakaya said that “The youth are the backbone of any society and we should channelize their energy towards the right direction. It is imperative for the youth wing to inform youth about the policies and agendas of the Party.”
“Our Party is committed for the equal development, and employment opportunities in Jammu and Kashmir provinces,” he said.
He said that there is a feeling of alienation among the people which will end when there is a popular Govt. “Therefore, the elections are must so that an elected Govt works for the people and redress their issues,” he added.
While felicitating Provincial President Youth Wing, Jammu Vipul Bali, Provincial President Jammu, Manjit Singh said that “Apni Party is meant for the development of J&K without any discrimination of region, and religion. We will work for all sections of society including marginalized people.”
There is a feeling of hopelessness among the people in absence of an elected Govt in J&K from the last over three years, he said and added that Apni Party was the only political party which initiated the activities and involved the people in the process.
“When other political parties were not ready to come out and speak for the public, we represented the people of J&K and presented their aspirations before the Govt of India,” he said.
He said “We highlighted the major concerns of the people, especially youth.”
There is a feeling of alienation among the people of both the provinces which needs to be addressed at the earliest by holding elections in J&K, he said.
Speaking on the occasion, Namrta Sharma hailed the appointment of Vipul Bali as Provincial President Jammu Youth Wing.
Namrta said “Youth can play a major role to take forward the policy and agenda of Apni Party. We have provided a platform to the youth to move forward.”
Namrta said that “People especially youth and women are joining Apni Party and they are impressed with the policies of the Party to keep the two regions united.”
“Our leadership speaks in one voice for the people and youth especially,” Namrta said and appealed to the people to become an ambassador to propagate the agenda of the Party.
Additional Spokesperson of Apni Party, Jammu, Advocate Nirmal Kotwal while speaking on the occasion said that “Some politicians are talking about Jammu declaration and some for Kashmir, but we believe in the unity of both the regions unlike other political parties in J&K.”
“We cannot be successful unless the voices come unitedly from both the regions,” he said.
He said that “Apni Party came into being when other political parties were not speaking about the people.”
He said that people are feeling disassociated with the political process due to the absence of political process.
While thanking the Party leadership for his appointment as Provincial President Jammu Youth Wing, Vipul Bali said that the youth wing will struggle for the rights of the youth and oppose anti-youth policies.
