Poonch,January 14 (Scoop News)- In order to listen to grievances of people living in areas along Line of Control, a team of National Conference leaders headed by YNCs Provincial President Ajaz Jan visited LoC areas of Poonch.

Jan was accompanied by NCs District President Bagh Hussain Rathore, YNCs Provincial Vice President Gourav Kapoor and other NC leaders.

The leaders visited Khari Karmara village located on LoC in Poonch sector and met with local population who put forth grievances faced by them in day to day life.

The main issue confronting people is poor mobile communication in the area and NC leaders demanded installation of new mobile towers in the area to ensure that border people face no hardships in communication in their day to day life.

NC leaders said that rehabilitation of land mine victims is still a distant dream for people living on LoC who fall victim of deadly mines spread in areas along LoC but they find no takers in Government quarters for their helplessness.

The NC leaders while endorsing the issue raised by border population demanded for special recruitment drive in armed force with border specific enrolment so that youth living in areas along LoC can get recruited.
