Another unfortunate and merciless killing of young KP Boy by terrorists:G.L Raina
Kavinder Condemns killing of KP employee

Jammu, May 12 (Scoop News)- In yet another unfortunate, painful, tragic and cowardly act an innocent, helpful, ever smiling young Kashmiri Pandit boy Rahul Bhat employed under PM’s Package has been mercilessly assassinated in Tehsil Complex Chadoora, Budgam in Kashmir valley. His only fault was his identity –religious and civilizational, said Girdhari Lal Raina
Ex-Member Legislative Council in a statement.

He said that beyond customary condemnations it needs to be underlined that all those leaders who have been communalising narrative by drawing agenda driven conclusions from power cuts, collapse of system in neighbouring countries, peddling fake news are also responsible for untimely killing of young Rahul Bhat.
Administration can’t escape its share of responsibility. How can they otherwise justify sneaking in of armed terrorists into Tehsil Office complex. It is public knowledge that minority community is an identified soft target for terrorist. What are the measures that the administration took to protect these innocent lives? Administration cannot take undue advantage of economic compulsions of the Displaced Community and treat these helpless employees as dispensable objects.
Girdhari Lal Raina Ex-Member Legislative Council furher said that the community as a whole have been updating higher-ups in UT administration about deliberate endeavours of certain officers to make minority community employees more susceptible to attacks by posting them in vulnerable areas. Repeated memoirs have been continuously ignored.
I demand a high level enquiry into security lapses and other issues related to minority communities in Kashmir valley along with immediate remedial measures.

Meanwhile Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta on Thursday condemning the ghastly act of killing of Kashmiri Pandit employee by the terrorists in the Valley, Kavinder said that Amarnath Yatra is about to start while already large number of tourists are in Kashmir. “Such acts of terrorists are just to mark their presence and spread fear psychosis among the visitors to create unrest”, he said, adding that political leadership in Valley is adding fuel to the fire by inciting the passion of the people through provocative statements issued day in day out, which instigate the terror mongers to carry out such horrendous acts of violence....
