Yudhvir visits Jari Village in Jagti, assures residents early redressal of issue

Jammu, July 31 (Scoop News)- Yudhvir Sethi, Vice President BJP, J&K, on Sunday held a whirlwind tour of Jari Village in Jagti area on city outskirts and listened to the plights of villagers.
At the outset, the inhabitants of the village apprised the BJP leader about their burning issues including acute scarcity of potable water, dilapidated condition of the road linking Jagti with Raipur Kheri and dearth of teaching staff in the local government school. On the occasion, Mandal Pradan Ajay Sharma, Naib Sarpanch Aithem Jadi Panch, Subash, Shakti Kender Parmukh Pardeep Singh, Lambardar Mohinder and Zorawar Singh accompanied the senior BJP leader.
The villagers also said that despite the village’s location being very near to Jammu City, the dearth of facilities make them feel as they are many light years away from Jammu as the area is best example of official apathy because all the benefits of government schemes reach here after each and every nook and corner of the Union Territory has availed the same. They demanded that government should also include them in the tirade of development as they are also the part and parcel of society although no one is listening to their plight since long.
After giving a patient hearing to the residents of village Jari, Yudhvir Sethi assured that the time of successive government has gone and from now onwards, no soul of the villaghe will feel alienated as BJP will take up the matters of the village with the concerned quarters and will ensure early redressal all the demands and issues.
Setting an example, Sethi contacted PMGSY authorities and asked to start the work on RaipurKheri-Jagti Road without any delay. He lauded the Member Parliament Jugal Kishore Sharma for his efforts in approving RaipurKheri-Jagti Road project under PMGSY. He also took up the matter of potable water scarcity with the concerned Jal Shakti Department and asked to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Besides, Yudhvir also called upon the senior official of Education Department to look into the matter of dearth of teaching faculty in the aforesaid government school and go for a temporary arrangement until a full-fledged faculty is brought to teach the students.
Sehti, however, asked the residents to support BJP in the coming polls to ensure a majority government of the party in the Union Territory as it is only BJP which can ensure equitable development in all the corners of the region.
