| 166 Bn CRPF organised Sainik Sammelan at Banihal,Ramban | |
Jammu, August 02 (Scoop News)- 166 Bn organized Sainik Sammelan at Dett HQ/166 Banihal Ramban. Sh Punit Kumar Kauldhar Commandant166 addressed the Sammelan. The event was commenced with CRPF song followed by the address by Commandant166 Bn to unit personnel to abreast them with latest welfare schemes /benefits for the force personnel and scholarship schemes to wards of CRPF personnel. He also sensitize the troops with latest security scenario prevailed in the region. He appreciated the hard work and dedication of the troops engaged in security of NH44 on Banihal axis, and the duties performed by troops during SANJY-22 Yatra at Lambar ground, Banihal. Further, he also interacted with Jawans regarding current suicidal incidents in forces. On this issue, he has also motivated them to sort out domestic issues if any with positive approach and refrain themself from taking any wrong/extreme step. He also enquired from Jawans for their administrative/logistics issues and ensure them that all efforts are being made to timely sort out their any grievances. He also distributed prizes to all unit personnel who have done exemplary works in operational & administrative fields. Sh Suresh Kumar Second in command (Adm), Sh Naveen Kumar Yadav, Second in Command(Ops), Shivnandan Singh, Dy Commandant, Dr. Rohit Lakhnotra (SMO), Rishipaul Singh Asst Comdt, Vinod Chader Pant Asstt Comdt, Dharmender Kumar Asstt Comdt and Alghar Swamy Asstt Comdt were also present along with SOs and jawans in the sainik Sammelan. The event was concluded with National anthem.
