| Last man in the last row' is well-cherished slogan of BJP: Pathania | |
Jammu,November 22(Scoop News)-While conducting grievance redressal at BJP headquarters, Jammu, Ranbir Singh Pathania, former MLA & J&K BJP Spokesperson, called said that 'last man in last area' is the gospel and guiding light of BJP. He called for a missionary approach while dealing with day to day issues of the people. Unlimited funds and developmental initiatives have been unleashed by Bharat Sarkar under dynamic leadership of PM Modi. We need to ensure that people and rather 'last man in last row' gets best out of these schemes/initiatives. It was impressed that the youth constitute the very backbone of the human resource of an area. We need to rectify the errors and and slips of the past. These are wounds which have festered for decades and decades should be cured and wiped off by now. Deputations of unemployed teachers for Special Education of Physically Disabled, selected Junior Statistical Assistants (JSAs), Rehbar-e-Janglaat, NYCs, contractual teachers of Skill Development Department, All Reserved Category Employees Association called on BJP office today.
Unemployed teachers trained for Special Education of Persons witb Disabilities sought rolling out of a comprehensive policy for their absorption which would facilitate education for 'Persons witb Disabilities' in line with the national policy and law settled by Supreme Court.
Rehbar-e-Janglats sought to ensure a time bound and sure short regularization after completion of a specified period. In view of technical nature of duties performed by them and their professional qualifications, it was impressed that they should be regularized in the grade/scale of a 'forestor'.
Reserved Category Employees called for formulation of a transfer policy and release of with-held salaries of these employees since the past five months.
NYCs called for pay enhancement and time bound regularization.
While supporting their cause, Pathania called for effective steps to strike out a sense of uncertainty over here. As per law and practice prevailing in other parts of country, all youth related issues need to be redressed considerately. Their energies need to be channelized in the service of nation and society.
At the last, it was assured that all means and possibilities shall be explored to ensure that a final, workable solution in line with the settled legal position is reached.
Amongst other general issues pertaining to drinking water, electricity, NABARD roads, a wide rainbow of deputations called on in the BJP office with references and telephone calls to concerned officials.
Coordinated the proceedings where deputations including individual persons canvassed various issues related to the development of their respective areas and their other concerns.
