| Councillor Khaltse lays foundation stone for sports projects | |
Leh, November 23(Scoop News)- Councillor Khaltse, Lobzang Sherab laid the foundation stone for a few sports’ infrastructure development projects today at Khaltse and Nurla villages of the Khaltse sub-division.
Councillor Khaltse laid the foundation stone for the construction of the Futsal Ground at Khaltse Thang near Police Check Post Khaltse and the construction of the Ice Hockey Rink at Skintse Thang, Nurla.
Councillor Khaltse informed that the Futsal ground would be constructed under Councillor Constituency Development Fund (CCDF) at an estimated cost of 21 lakhs. He expressed hope for the completion of the project in a short period under the supervision of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Block Development Officer, and concerned officers and officials.
SDM Khaltse, Suhail Ahmed; BDO Khaltse, Varinder Bawa; Incharge Tehsildar, Khaltse, Mohd Yousuf; Executive Engineer, PWD Khaltse, Tashi Phuntsog; Nambardar Khaltse; Nambardar Nurla and other representatives of PRIs and concerned departmental officials were also present.
