| DOM Demand termination of Bidhuri from Parliament | |
Jammu,September 23 (Scoop News)-DOM(Dalit,OBC,Minority) a wing of All India Confederation of SC/ST/OBC Organisations held a press conference at Jammu and put a demand before Om Birla, Speaker Lok Sabha for immediate termination of Ramesh Bidhuri MP from the Parliament and his arrest for his using of objectionable words against his fellow MP Danish Ali.
While addressing the conference, State President DOM R K Kalsotra said in the history of parliament such abusive words have never been used by an MP against fellow MP : Ramesh Bidhuri has brought down parliament’s image/Constitution sanity & values to a new low and laughing of Dr Harsh Vardhan & Ravi Shanker Prasad former ministers is Awful, Shameful act.
Kalsotra further said that Dr Ambedkar Quotes”However good a Constitution may be, if those who are implementing it are not good, it will prove to be bad”. This statement came to be true via this shameful incident. Even sitting Speaker has not acted and suspended MP for using filthy language and lack of support from other sitting MPs.
Kalsotra further added that Parliament enshrines the fundamental rights on all its people and Article 21 Right to life with dignity was breached in the parliament which stands to be a fundamental right.
S Kuldeep Singh,Sikh Missionery strongly condemns the remarks of Bidhuri & said it was unfortunate that still Bidhuri is not terminated from MPs. It is deliberated attempts to weaken the Constitution of India which will not tolerated.
Ramesh Sarmal added that immediate action should be taken against Bidhuri for making such remarks. If such attitude is being promoted inside the parliament, what can one expect outside the parliament.
Lakshman Bhagat said remarks of Badhuri is insult to Parliament and makes a mockery of what the prime minister keeps repeating 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikaas, when respect & dignity of a Parliamentarian is not safe.
Tilak Raj Dogra said Confederation is organising a Bahujan Maha rally at Ramleela Maidan, New Delhi to Save Constitution, Save Rights and to expose those who are anti democracy and fundamental rights.
