AMEAK meets administrative dignitaries at Secretariat Srinagar

Srinagar, October 15 (Scoop News)- The All Minority Employees Association Kashmir(AMEAK) lead by President Sanjay Koul held a series of meetings today with key administrative dignitaries at the Secretariat in Srinagar to discuss various issues concerning the minority employees and overall developmental concerns.
In their demand they requested prompt action on inter-district and intra-district transfer cases. Sought relaxation in the attendance app for minority employees of Kashmir.
AMEAK urged the administration to initiate measures for the development and maintenance of temples.



They also emphasized the need for expediting allied works like roads, fencing, drainage, and other infrastructure projects, especially in light of the approaching winter season. Also raised concerns regarding the salary budget issues, requesting them to be addressed at the Chief Engineer level.

AMEAK expressed gratitude for the revalidation and operationalization of waiting lists for Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) and Assistant Compiler posts.
Requested the operationalization of waiting lists in other departments, including State Taxes, Agriculture, Law and other departments.

Reiterated the request for inter-district and intra-district transfers to be expedited.Requested attendance app relaxations for minority employees.

They discussed the promotion of MTS and data entry operators. Raised issues related to inter-district transfers and the smooth disbursement of SRO 194 arrears.
Employee leaders requested directives to Treasury Officers to ensure seamless SRO 194 pending arrear payments.
Requested in-situ promotions for Junior Assistants in the Revenue Department.

-Highlighted the need for timely arrear disbursement.
Mercy for Non-Joining Cases: Resolving non-joining or delayed joining cases and terminated cases in PMDP.

The meetings were productive, and the Association remains hopeful for swift administrative action on these pressing issues.
