LAHDC-KSSRB conducts OMR-Based Examinations for Graduate, 10+2 Level Posts


Kargil, October 20 (Scoop News)-LAHDC-Kargil Subordinate Service Recruitment Board today conducted the OMR-based examinations for various District Cadre Graduate and 10+2 Level Posts in two shifts at different Examination Centres at Kargil Headquarter and Zanskar today.


Chairman Board/Deputy Commissioner, Shrikant Suse inspected the Examination Centres at GDC and Govt. GHSS, Kargil and took stock of the arrangements there.

Examination Observer, Imteeaz Kacho (Joint Director, DIPR-Ladakh), Controller of Examination, Iftikhar Hussain (District Treasury Officer, Kargil) and Member, LAHDC-KSSRB, Dr.Gulzar Hussain (Chief Animal Husbandry Officer, Kargil) also visited the exam centres to oversee and monitor the examination process.

The LAHDC-KSSRB and District Administration of Kargil had made all the required arrangements for smooth conduct of the examination and prescribed standard procedures were followed. Observer and Magistrates were deployed at all Centres. Besides, adequate security personnel were deployed in and around the venues for smooth conduct of the written examination. To ensure fairness of the process, the Question Booklets were provided in four sets with different sequence of questions and Carbon Copy of the marked OMR was made available to the candidates for self evaluation. The overall written examination and its associated procedures were conducted under CCTV Surveillance.

Deputy Director, Employment/Secretary, LAHDC-KSSRB, Dr. Khanzada Mohd.Usman informed that out of 1615 candidates for 10+2 Level posts, 1057 appeared while as for Graduate Level posts, 465 candidates out of 728 appeared for the respective examinations.

The candidates expressed satisfaction over the arrangements and transparency measures that were put in place and appreciated the sincere efforts of the authorities.
