Jammu, December 09 (Scoop News)-The Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha met class 10th student, Ms Nandini Dabgotra and signed a copy of her book "“From Rural Roots to Academic Excellence and Social Advocacy”. Nandini, a budding author and student of Shemford Futuristic School, Birpur, Jammu, said that she has tried to capture Lieutenant Governor's leadership journey through her writing.
