| . Congress grievous over passing of Block President Khanyar | |
Srinagar, January 07 (Scoop News)-Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Tariq Hameed Karra on Tuesday expressed profound grief over the passing of Party Block President Abdul Ahad Bhat (Khanyar) of Srinagar District.
Karra expressed heartfelt condolences to family and relatives of the deceased. He shared the grief with the bereaved family and prayed for their courage to bear the irreparable loss.
Meanwhile Senior Congress Leader Haji Abdul Gani Khan visited the bereaved family and conveyed heartfelt condolence on behalf of the rank and file of the Party. Khan recollected the selfless services of Late. Abdul Ahad Bhat to Congress and people of his area. He spent some time with the family and also offered Fateh Khawani.
Srinagar District Congress Committee President Irfan Naqib expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Abdul Ahad Bhat, describing him a loyal, dedicated and staunch Congressman, who always worked to strengthen Congress in his area, he said.
Naqib shared the grief with the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
