| CEC Leh Meets Hon’ble Minister for Minority Affairs, Shri Kiren Rijiju | |
Leh,January 17 (KIP)-Hon’ble Chairman/CEC Adv. Tashi Gyalson today met with the Hon’ble Minister for Minority Affairs, Shri Kiren Rijiju, to discuss his recent visit to several Buddhist Institutes in Mundgod, Bylakuppe, Hunsur, and Mysore in Karnataka. CEC Tashi Gyalson briefed the Minister on the challenges these institutes face, particularly the need for comprehensive welfare schemes to support monks. The Hon’ble Minister, who has been a strong advocate for the welfare of minority communities, listened attentively to the issues raised and assured his full support in addressing them.
