| Special refresher course launches at IRP 16th, IRP 24th, and JKAP 9th Bns. | | 
Srinagar/Jammu, April 02 (Scoop News)-A special training program aimed at enhancing the capabilities of personnel was launched at IRP 16th, IRP 24th, and JKAP 9th Battalions. The one-month special training program commenced with the objective of imparting specialized training at the Battalion level.
Mohd Aslam, IPS*, Commandant of IRP-24th Bn, inaugurated the Special Refresher Course at the Battalion Headquarters in Sui Udhampur.
Speaking on the occasion, the Commandant emphasized that the course will enhance the professional skills and operational efficiency of the personnel.
He highlighted the importance and significance of holding special refresher courses, stating that these courses are crucial for police personnel to maintain their skills, stay updated on laws, and improve operational effectiveness.
He further added that special focus will be given to Cyber Crime, Security, Actionable Intelligence, Law and Order situations, Community Policing, Personal Hygiene, and Stress Management.
The Commandant also informed that expert trainers, including officers from IRP 24th Bn, will be engaged during the training program.
Sukhdev Singh,SSP Commandant IRP 16th Bn, while inaugurating the Special Refresher Course at Battalion Headquarters in Ramban, stressed the importance of strengthening existing capabilities and skills to face emerging challenges.
He highlighted the significance of refresher courses for the physical and mental development of personnel.
Arif Amin Shah*, Dy. Commandant of JKAP-9th Bn, while inaugurating the course at Zewan Srinagar, impressed upon the personnel the need to focus on skill enhancement and professional growth.
