| Second Day of LAHD-SSRB Counselling for Provisionally Shortlisted Candidates Successfully Conducted | |
Leh,January 20 (Scoop News)- The Leh Autonomous Hill Development Subordinate Services Recruitment Board (LAHD-SSRB) successfully conducted the second day of counselling for provisionally shortlisted candidates at Paras Hall, Boys Higher Secondary School, Leh, for the 346 posts advertised under the Matriculation Level Examination.
The counselling process was organised to obtain post and department preferences from the shortlisted candidates. During the process, all candidates were given an opportunity to choose the post for which they had been selected, strictly in order of merit. Candidates with higher merit were given priority in selecting posts, following which they were allowed to choose departments of their preference against the available vacancies.
The Secretary, LAHD-SSRB and Deputy Director, District Employment and Counselling Centre, Leh, Rehmatullah Butt (JKAS), explained the counselling procedure in detail and guided the candidates on filling out the required forms. He emphasised that candidates facing any issues or confusion should feel free to approach the officers present for assistance.
The counselling process was conducted in a transparent and fair manner, strictly in accordance with the prescribed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring equal opportunity for all candidates.
