Leh, February 15 (Scoop News)-Chief Secretary Ashish Kundra attended the annual Leh Dosmochey Festival 2026 with great enthusiasm and witnessed the sacred Chams (Mask Dance) performance held near Leh Palace at Chamra. His presence added significance to the traditional celebration, which reflects the deep spiritual and cultural heritage of Ladakh.

Organized by the Leh Phu-Dho Cultural and Welfare Society, the festival showcased the vibrant and symbolic Mask Dance performed by monks in traditional attire, depicting the triumph of good over evil and invoking blessings for peace and prosperity.
