Jammu, February 15 (Scoop News)-Minister for FCS&CA, Transport, Youth Services and Sports, IT, Science and Technology, Satish Sharma today participated in Maha Shivratri celebrations at various places across Jammu district, with the main function held at Batal village in the Chhamb Constituency.
