JK LG, CM and other Ministers greet people on Shab-e-Qadr


Jammu,March 16 (Scoop News)- JK LG Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, CM Omar Abdulla and other Ministers greeted to the people on the occasion of Shab-e-Qadr.

In a message, the Lieutenant Governor said: “On the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Qadr, I extend my heartiest greetings and best wishes to all.

This holy night epitomizes the virtues of selfless service, compassion, and divine grace. May the Almighty accept our prayers on this blessed night, and continue to guide us on the path of love, unity, and communal harmony.”



CM Omar Abdullah greets people on the sacred night of Shab-e-Qadr

Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has extended his heartfelt greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir, on the sacred occasion of Shab-e-Qadr (Lailat-ul-Qadr), which is being observed tonight.

In his message, the Chief Minister highlighted the immense spiritual significance of the blessed night, which falls in the last ten days of the holy month of Ramadan and is regarded as a night of divine mercy, forgiveness and countless blessings.

He said that Shab-e-Qadr offers an opportunity for believers to engage in prayers, seek forgiveness and strengthen their commitment to the values of compassion, humility and service to humanity.

The Chief Minister expressed hope that the prayers offered on this sacred night would bring peace, prosperity and harmony to Jammu and Kashmir and the entire country.

He urged people to remember the underprivileged and those in need, and to continue upholding the spirit of unity, brotherhood and mutual respect that forms the essence of the holy month.

The Chief Minister prayed for the well-being of the people and wished that the blessings of this holy night bring peace, happiness and progress to every household.



Sakeena Itoo greets people on auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Qadr

Minister for Health and Medical Education, Social Welfare and Education, Sakeena Itoo today extended warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Qadr.

In her message, the Minister stated that during this holy night ‘Shab-e-Qadr’, Almighty Allah revealed the Glorious Qu’ran to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) for the guidance of mankind and this night is an opportunity to seek Almighty Allah’s mercy and blessings.

Minister Sakeena also called upon citizens to remember less privileged and extend support to those in need, reflecting the true spirit of the holy month of Ramadan. “Empathy, social harmony and community service, particularly during these holy occasions is at the core of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) teachings”, she said.

The Minister also prayed for peace, progress and prosperity of entire Jammu and Kashmir.


Javid Dar extends greetings on eve of Shab-e-Qadr

Minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Cooperative and Election Department, Javid Ahmad Dar, has extended warm greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Qadr, urging them to offer prayers for peace, prosperity and communal harmony.

The Minister highlighted the profound spiritual significance of Shab-e-Qadr, the sacred night in the holy month of Ramadan which is described in the Holy Quran as being “better than a thousand months.” He emphasized that the blessed night offers an opportunity for believers to seek forgiveness, divine mercy and spiritual renewal.

“Shab-e-Qadr is a night of immense blessings and reflection. Let us use this sacred occasion to pray for peace, brotherhood, and the well-being of all. May this holy night bring prosperity and harmony to Jammu and Kashmir and strengthen the bonds of unity among our people,” maintained the Minister.

Javid Dar also urged the people to observe the occasion with devotion, compassion, and a renewed commitment to the values of unity, mutual respect and social harmony.


Satish Sharma extends Shab-e-Qadr greetings

Minister for FCS&CA, IT, Transport, Youth Services and Sports, Science and Technology, Satish Sharma, today extended warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Qadr.

In his message, the Minister said that Shab-e-Qadr, also known as the Night of Power, holds immense spiritual significance for Muslims across the world. He observed that on this sacred night, Almighty Allah revealed the Holy Qur’an to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) for the guidance of mankind, making it a night of profound blessings, prayers and reflection.

Satish Sharma said that the holy occasion provides an opportunity for the believers to seek Almighty Allah’s mercy and forgiveness while reaffirming their commitment to the values of compassion, unity and service to humanity.

The Minister also urged people to remember the less privileged sections of society and extend support and assistance to those in need, especially during the holy month of Ramadan. Deputy Chief Minister extends Shab-e-Qadr greetings

The Deputy Chief Minister, Surinder Choudhary, today extended his warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Qadr.

In his message, the Deputy Chief Minister said that the holy night of Shab-e-Qadr holds immense religious and spiritual significance for the Muslim community, as it is a time of deep devotion, reflection and prayers.

He said that on this sacred night, people seek divine blessings from the Almighty and pray for peace, prosperity and well-being of all. “Let us pray for continued harmony, brotherhood and progress in our society,” he said.

The Deputy Chief Minister further said that Jammu and Kashmir has always been a shining example of communal harmony, where people participate in each other’s festivals and occasions with warmth, mutual respect and a shared sense of unity.

Rana extends warm greetings on Shab-e-Qadr

Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs Javed Ahmed Rana extended warm greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Qadr.

In his message, Rana said that Shab-e-Qadr, the most sacred night of the holy month of Ramadhan, holds immense spiritual significance and offers believers an opportunity to seek the mercy and blessings of Almighty Allah through prayers, reflection and acts of charity.

He said that Allah grants forgiveness to those who sincerely seek it on the blessed Night of Qadr and urged Muslims to spend the night in prayer and reflection, seeking His mercy, guidance and blessings, as good deeds on this sacred night carry immense reward.

Rana also urged people to pray for lasting peace, prosperity and wellbeing of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and the entire nation.

He expressed hope that the occasion would strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and inspire everyone to work together for harmony and progress in society.

The Minister appealed to the people to remember the poor and the needy in their prayers and extend help to the underprivileged so that the spirit of Ramadhan reaches every household.
