| Jungs Jabs “Outreach Program for delivery of Services” Conducted at Thang Village, Nubra Sub-Division | |
Nubra, March 24 (Scoop News)- “Jungs Jabs” program was successfully organized at Thang Village, a Zero Border Village in Nubra Sub-Division, with the objective of ensuring doorstep delivery of government services and welfare schemes.
The program was attended by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Nubra, Tehsildar Disket, Block Medical Officer (BMO), Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), Naib Tehsildar Turtuk, along with officers and officials from various line departments including Agriculture, Horticulture, Sheep Husbandry/Animal Husbandry, Social Welfare, and Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA), among others.
During the program, the participating departments sensitized the public regarding various welfare schemes, entitlements, and services being implemented by the Government. On-the-spot services were also provided to eligible beneficiaries, facilitating immediate assistance and service delivery.
The program witnessed active participation from the villagers. Nambardars and the general public appreciated the Administration for organizing the outreach initiative in such a remote Zero Border Village. The participants also raised various grievances and developmental issues pertaining to their area, which were duly noted by the concerned officers for appropriate follow-up and redressal.
