| CEC Kargil Welcomes Newly Appointed Joint Director Information Ladakh | |
Kargil,March 30 (Scoop News)-Hon’ble Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon today warmly welcomed the newly appointed Joint Director Information Ladakh, Shabir Hussain, at Council Secretariat.
During the interaction, the CEC congratulated Shabir Hussain on assuming the new role and expressed confidence that his leadership would bring greater innovation, efficiency, and outreach in the Information Department. He emphasized the vital role of the department in strengthening communication between the administration and the public, and in effectively disseminating government initiatives and achievements.
Dr. Akhoon further stated that the Information Department plays a key role in highlighting developmental activities and ensuring transparency, adding that he looks forward to a collaborative approach under the new leadership.
Among others present on the occasion included Executive Councillor, LAHDC Kargil, Er. Punchok Tashi; Executive Councillor, Kacho Mohd Feroz; and Assistant Director Information, Raza Ali Abidi.
The programme concluded with a shared commitment to work collectively towards enhancing the flow of information and public engagement across the district.
