| SSP Ganderbal Interacts with Probationary PSIs Of Batch-2024 Undergoing Phase-II Practical Training | |
Srinagar, April 02 (Scoop News)- In a significant step towards strengthening professional policing and capacity building, SSP Ganderbal Shri Khalil Ahmad Poswal-JKPS today interacted with the Probationary Sub-Inspectors (PSIs) of Batch-2024 currently undergoing Job Practical Training (Phase-II) in District Ganderbal.
The interactive session was held at the Conference Hall of District Police Office (DPO) Ganderbal, where SSP Ganderbal reviewed the progress, performance, and overall learning experience of the probationers during their ongoing training.
During the session, SSP Ganderbal emphasized the importance of discipline, integrity, and public-centric policing. He highlighted that the foundation laid during the training period plays a pivotal role in shaping efficient, responsible, and professional police officers. He urged the probationers to make optimum use of this learning phase to enhance their investigative skills, field knowledge, and understanding of law-and-order mechanisms.
