J&K BJP pays rich tributes to its former President Daya Krishan Kotwal

Jammu, April 09 (Scoop News)-Bharatiya Janata Party, Jammu & Kashmir, paid rich tributes to former J&K BJP President and former MLC Daya Krishna Kotwal on his death anniversary at the party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.

On the occasion, J&K BJP President and Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) Sat Sharma, along with General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul, offered floral tributes and remembered the immense contribution of the veteran leader towards strengthening the party in Jammu & Kashmir.

J&K BJP General Secretaries Sanjita Dogra and Gopal Mahajan, along with other party leaders and workers, also paid their tributes.

Sat Sharma, while paying floral tributes, said that late Daya Krishna Kotwal was a dedicated organizer and a committed social activist who worked tirelessly for the upliftment of society. He said that Kotwal Ji’s life was an inspiration for party workers and that his contributions in strengthening the BJP in Jammu and Kashmir will always be remembered with respect. He emphasized that Kotwal Ji remained connected with the grassroots and served the people with utmost sincerity and commitment.

Ashok Koul, in his address, said that Daya Krishna Kotwal devoted his entire life to the service of the nation and society with selfless dedication. He highlighted that Kotwal Ji played a crucial role in strengthening the party during his tenure as J&K BJP President (1996–2002) and worked tirelessly for the welfare of the downtrodden. He added that his life and ideals continue to guide party workers and inspire them to work with dedication for the nation.
