| Administrative Secretary Law Qureshi Tariq Mehmood Reviews Pending Cases | |
Kargil, April 15 (Scoop News)- Qureshi Tariq Mehmood, Administrative Secretary, Law, Union Territory of Ladakh, convened a meeting with the Associate Law Officers of the Department of Law & Justice posted in various directorates and departments to review the pending cases and matters of various departments of the UT Administration.
During the meeting, the Administrative Secretary, Law, took stock of various matters pertaining to the departments and specifically reviewed the status of cases pending before the Central Administrative Tribunal Srinagar Bench.
Emphasizing the importance of timely legal action and effective representation, the Administrative Secretary directed all the Law Officers to ensure regular filing of replies and pleadings in all cases. He further instructed that no order of the Hon’ble Court should be missed and that due diligence must be exercised in monitoring and ensuring compliance with court directions.
The meeting underscored the commitment of the Administration towards strengthening the legal framework and ensuring efficient handling of litigation.
