Drugmulla Zone Gets New PSA Leadership Through Democratic Process
Altaf Ahmad Dar Elected As Zonal President; Association Congratulates Newly Elected Office Bearers



Kupwara, June 04 (Scoop News)- The Private Schools Association (PSA) successfully conducted the Zonal Level Elections for Drugmulla Zone in Kupwara district in a peaceful, democratic, free, fair and transparent manner. The election process was carried out smoothly in the presence of member schools and representatives of the schools, reflecting the Association's commitment to democratic values, transparency and collective decision-making.

The elections witnessed active participation from school heads, chairpersons and representatives of member institutions across the zone. The participants appreciated the transparent manner in which the electoral process was conducted and reaffirmed their commitment towards strengthening the Association and promoting quality education in the region.

Following the successful completion of the election process, the following office bearers were elected to lead the PSA Zonal Committee: Zonal President: Altaf Ahmad Dar (Little Hearts School, Hutmulla); Vice President: Mohammad Yaseen Shah (Darsgah Taleem-ul-Quran, Muqam Shahwali, Drugmulla); Secretary: Khursheed Ahmad Magray (Al-Hamza Public School, Keegam); Zonal Coordinator: Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat (Shahwali Memorial School, Muqam Shahwali); Treasurer: Manzoor Ahmad Ahanger (Luminous School, Arampora); Publicity Secretary: Javid Ahmad Mir (Evergreen School, Hutmulla)

The newly elected office bearers expressed their gratitude to all member schools for reposing trust and confidence in them. They assured the Association that they would work with sincerity, dedication and a sense of responsibility to strengthen the zone, address the concerns of member institutions and contribute towards the overall development of the private education sector.

On the occasion, the Private Schools Association extended its heartfelt congratulations to all the newly elected office bearers and wished them success in discharging their responsibilities. The Association expressed confidence that the new team, through teamwork, commitment and constructive leadership, will work tirelessly for the growth, unity and betterment of the Drugmulla Zone.

The Association emphasized that strong zonal committees form the backbone of PSA and play an important role in promoting coordination among schools, addressing educational issues and ensuring the effective implementation of the Association's programmes and initiatives at the grassroots level.

The PSA also placed on record its deep appreciation and gratitude for the remarkable services rendered by former Zonal President Reyaz Ahmad Baba Sahib and District Coordinator as well as Member of the Election Executive Body Altaf Ahmad Shah Sahib.

The Association noted that both Edu. Leaders have served the educational community with great dedication, sincerity and commitment. Their guidance, hard work and valuable contributions have significantly strengthened the organizational structure of PSA in the zone and have played a key role in advancing educational activities and promoting unity among member schools.

Members present on the occasion expressed optimism that the newly elected committee would build upon the strong foundation laid by its predecessors and take the Drugmulla Zone to new heights of progress and achievement.

The participants unanimously resolved to continue working collectively under the banner of the Private Schools Association (PSA), guided by the visionary leadership of NISA Joint Secretary & Chief Patron Dr. G.N. Var, State President Bilal Ahmad Bhat, General Secretary (Organisation) Mohammad Syed Wani and the entire Central Apex Body. They reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the private education sector, promoting academic excellence, safeguarding the interests of member institutions and working wholeheartedly for the welfare and bright future of students across the region.

The elections concluded on a positive and encouraging note, with members expressing confidence in the newly elected team and assuring their full cooperation and support. The participants reiterated their commitment to unity, transparency, mutual cooperation and collective efforts for the continued growth and development of the education sector in Drugmulla Zone and across Kupwara district. They expressed optimism that the newly constituted committee would work with dedication, vision and a strong sense of responsibility to further strengthen the Association and effectively serve the educational community.
