| DC Nubra Chairs Preparatory Meeting for 80th Independence Day Celebrations | |
Nubra,August 06 (Scoop News)-Deputy Commissioner Nubra, Sh. Mukul Beniwal, IAS,today chaired a preparatory meeting at the DC Conference Hall to review the arrangements and finalize the roadmap for the smooth conduct of the forthcoming Independence Day celebrations across the district.
The meeting focused on reviewing logistical arrangements, assigning departmental responsibilities, finalizing the programme schedule, and ensuring coordinated participation of all stakeholders.
During the meeting, the DC emphasized the significance of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign as an integral part of the Independence Day celebrations. He directed all government offices to hoist the National Flag, illuminate their premises, and ensure active participation in the Tiranga Rally and Tiranga March, stating that the Nasha Mukt Bharat campaign can also be incorporated with these campaigns.
The Deputy Commissioner directed all departments to complete their assigned responsibilities well in advance and ensure coordinated and collective participation to facilitate the smooth, successful and to make the 80th Independence Day celebrations a befitting district level event.
SSP Nubra Sh. Stanzin Losal ,JKPS briefed the meeting on parade rehearsals and security arrangements.SDM Nubra Sh. Tashis Jorgais apprised the Chair of the overall preparations, departmental responsibilities, programme schedule, logistical arrangements, and coordination measures being undertaken for the smooth conduct of the Independence Day celebrations.
The meeting was attended by the SSP Nubra, SDM Nubra , Heads of all Departments and other concerned officials.
