| ADC Leh Chairs Meeting on Arrangements for 5th CEC Polo Cup Tournament | |
Leh, September 25 (Scoop News)-Additional Deputy Commissioner, Leh, Sh. Delex Namgyal, JKAS, chaired a meeting to discuss the arrangements for the upcoming 5th CEC Polo Cup Tournament, scheduled to be held from October 1 to 4, 2026, today at New VC Hall, DC office Leh.
During the meeting, discussions were held regarding various arrangements for the smooth conduct of the tournament, including the opening and closing ceremonies, cultural programmes, publicity, venue arrangements and other logistical requirements.
Arrangements were also reviewed for the smooth conduct of the tournament including transportation for horses, medical facilities, public address system, commentary and other arrangements.
The concerned departments and stakeholders were directed to coordinate closely and make the necessary arrangements well in advance for the successful and smooth conduct of the 5th CEC Cup Polo Tournament.
The meeting was attended by District Youth Services & Sports Officer Leh, CMO Leh, Executive Engineer Construction Div, Executive Engineer Mechanical Div, Executive Engineer PDD Leh, Chief Animal Husbandry Officer Leh and other officers and officials.
