Srinagar, October 23 (Scoop News)-The Top 20 School Director’s Award 2026 has been conferred to Dr. Owais Mattoo, Director of The Cardiff School, Budgam, in recognition of his commitment to academic excellence, quality education and institutional development. Dr. Owais Mattoo, who also serves as District President and Director of Media and Communications of the (Regd.) Speaking to the media, Dr. Owais Mattoo said, “Quality education is the foundation of a progressive society.
