| Farooq, Omar express grief over tragic death of NC Women Wing Dist President Kishtwar | |
Jammu, September 26 (Scoop News)-National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah, Vice President Mr Omar Abdullah and senior leaders have expressed deep grief and shock over the death of NC Women Wing District President Kishtwar Hajan Mariam and her sister in a tragic road mishap and conveyed condolences to the bereaved family.
Ailing Hajan Mariam, accompanied by her sister, were travelling in an ambulance to Srinagar for specialised treatment which fell in a george on the highway resulting in death of the two sisters.
Dr Farooq Abdullah and Mr Omar Abdullah prayed for peace to the departed souls and strength to the family to bear their irreparable loss.
Besides General Secretary Mr Ali Mohammed Sagar and Provincial President Jammu Mr Devender Singh Rana, those who conveyed condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed souls included : Sheikh Bashir Ahmed, Mr Qazi Jalal Ud Din, Mrs Satwant Kour Dogra Provincial President Women Wing, Mr Khalid Najeeb Suharwardy, Dr. Chaman Lal , Mr Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo, Mr Tanveer Ahmed Kichloo, Mr Pyare Lal, Mr Sajjad Shaheen, Mr Iqbal Bhat and Mr Mehboob Iqbal.
