Srinagar,April 04 (Scoop News)-To enhance professional skills, Knowledge, capacity Building and with the objective of imparting Specialized training at Battalion level 01 Month Special Refresher Course was launched at Hqrs IRP 2nd Bn. Rajouri, Coy Hqrs IRP 13th Bn Pattan, and Hqrs IR 21st Bn. Parihaspora, Pattan.
Aijaz Ahmad Malik, SP, I/C Commandant IRP 2nd Bn. while inaugurating the Training Programme emphasized that the Training Course will enhance the professional skills and operational efficiency of the personnel.
The I/c Commandant further added that special focus will be given to Cyber Crime, Community Policing, Stress Management and other important aspects of Policing.
Malik Aijaz SP, Dy. Commandant IR 13th Bn. inaugurated the Training Course at Coy Hqrs Pattan. Speaking on the occasion the Dy. CO impressed upon the Trainees that the Training programme is designed to equip them with latest advancement and best practices.
He further added that the course will enhance their capabilities in various policing aspects.
Bashir Ahmad, SP, I/C Commandant IR 21st Bn. While inaugurating the course at Bn Hqrs IRP 21st Bn.parihaspora Pattan, said that the purpose of conducting Specialized Courses is to enhance professional competence of trainees and equip them with various technological advancements.
