Jammu, June 01 (Scoop News)-Jammu Province Bachao Manch has expressed serious concern over the alarming increase in adulteration and Corruption in Jammu and Kashmir, resulting into deadly diseases and misgovernance causing trap on the people, said Mr Ashok Kumar Sharma Advocate former Law Maker and Chairman Jammu Province Bachao Manch (JBM) after the conclusion of an extra ordinary meeting organised here in Jammu on Zoom.
In the meeting it was also resolved to stress for the need to harvest rain water by creating harvesting structures including dams in Shivaliks, restore Surya Putri the Jammu Tawi and other rivers, lakes, canals and other water bodies while linking the same with livelihood means.
A serious concern was also shown on the increase of liquor sale and use in J&K. It decided to make further request to the UT Lt Governor and the Chief Minister to take immediate steps to withdraw the liquor sale and Bar permissions ensuring the commitment to say goodbye to Nisha.
