Jammu, January 15 (Scoop News)-The IRP 16th Bn today hosted rank ceremony for promotes here at its Battalion Hqrs, APC Pernnote
Commandant (SSP), Amit Gupta, decorated newly promoted 11 Head Constables and 6 SgCts.
