Police recovers illicit liquor in Anantnag, 4 arrested | |
Srinagar, September 13 (Scoop News)- In a major drive against illicit liquor, Police in Anantnag have arrested four individuals and seized a significant quantity of illicit liquor in various operations.
During routine Naka checking at Tulkhan Crossing, a Police party from Police Post Sangam apprehended Javeed Ahmad Dar son of Gh Mohammad Dar resident of Tulkhan Bijbehara, who was found transporting several bottles of illicit liquor. He has been arrested and shifted to concerned police station.
In another operation at Sarnal Chowk, a Police party from PP Sherbagh intercepted a motorcycle bearing registration number JK03A-3607 and recovered illicit liquor from the possession of moto... |
