Kargil, September 08 (Scoop News)-Dr. Mohd Raza, Assistant Professor of Biotechnology at Government Degree College (GDC), Kargil, has been conferred the Best Oral Presentation Award at the National Conference on “Biodiversity, Conservation and Biotechnology of Microbes and Plants (NCBCBMP-2026)”, organised by the Department of Botany, University of Ladakh, Kargil Campus, from September 5 to 7, 2026.
