Leh, May 23 (Scoop News)-Baseer Ul Haq Choudhary, Secretary, Public Works Department (PWD), conducted an inspection of the ongoing Chilling–Kaya–Markha–Hankar Road project in Markha Valley, being executed under the State Development Plan (SDP).
