Kargil, June 01 (Scoop News)-Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Kargil today conducted a special enforcement drive against noise pollution caused by the use of pressure horns and unauthorized sound devices in vehicles across Kargil town.
Interacting with the media, ARTO Kargil Khadim Hussain said that the drive was launched to curb increasing noise pollution, which has adverse effects not only on human beings but also on animals.
